Versatile Material Processing
In addition to rigid regrind scraps, the G-Rigid Plastic can process lightweight, soft packaging materials such as:
Pre-crushed film flakes

By adding a force feeder to the feeding hopper, these materials can be efficiently processed. The feeding speed automatically adjusts based on the material's shape and weight, ensuring stable feeding and consistent output. For rigid regrind in granule form, the force-feeding mechanism can be deactivated.
