To start up the foam hot melting machine, it is important for users to take notice of several key points for proper and safe operation.

GREENMAX foam hot melting machine start-up steps

Initially, the foam hot melting equipment need to be fixed the straight floor to avoid vibration and displacement during operation, and foam overflow and leak.

Prior to operation, the operator shall inspect the security of the electrical lines and the state of the machine. They will observe whether there are foreign matters in the feed inlet and barrel, whether all equipment has actually been installed in place.

Then, start the machine for idling after checking, and observe whether the operation conditions of all components are normal, etc.

Start machine after all inspections meet the requirements. The operator shall keep feeding at a continuous speed. The feeding amount can be adjusted properly according to the discharging speed. Keep in mind that continual feeding of huge volume of foam cannot be executed so as to avoid the uneven melting of the foam in the barrel and influence the quality of the foam ingots.

When the foam hot melting machine is in stable manufacturing, the operator just needs to maintain the feed and inspect the parameters of the equipment in time to see if there is any abnormal condition.
