Expanded Polypropylene
What is EPP?
Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) is a highly crystalline polymer/gas composite material with excellent performance. EPP can withstand high temperatures of 130°C, which is much higher than the maximum operating temperature of EPS of 80°C. EPP has the same closed cell structure as foamed EPE, so its thermal conductivity will not be affected by moisture. Coupled with its remarkable thermal insulation, EPP has become the first choice for advanced thermal insulation materials.
EPP has been widely used in the packaging industry, especially in export products, and has become an irreplaceable packaging material in response to environmental protection requirements.
EPP Recycling
INTCO Recycling is the EPP recycling specialist who provides our customers with a customized recycling solution. We manufacture GREENMAX EPP compactor, repurchase the compressed EPP blocks and transport them to the recycling plant for further value adding. The high-quality EPP pellets are selected to be processed into exquisite frame products and continue to be sold all over the world.

GREENMAX Apolo Cold Compactor
GREENMAX Apolo Series Cold Compactor can crush waste EPP and then compact waste EPP into blocks as tightly as possible.
GREENMAX Mars Hot Melter
GREENMAX MARS Series Hot Melter can densify the EPP foam material with a compression of 90:1, and the compression foam will be melted into dense blocks with the hot melting technology.
GREENMAX Zeus Cold Compactor Plus
Due to its surface melting technology, GREENMAX Zeus Cold Compactor Plus can prevent the compacted EPS, EPP Foam and other material from scattering , while preventing the compressed material loosening again.
