EPS compactors help Australia get rid of waste EPS while bringing beauty to life
According to the most recent Australian Plastics Recycling Survey, almost 58,000 tonnes of EPS(a kind of foam) were consumed in Australia in 2018–2019. The usage in 2019-2021 is even more. Roughly 45% of this was used in the built environment sector and 20% in packaging. "In Australia, we tend not to do the EPS recycling at all; we bury it," the majority of citizens said during the survey. That's why Australia has been unsuccessful in tackling white pollution for so many years.

EPS recycling
In order to make EPS recycling easier to operate, GREENMAX has designed and manufactured a variety of EPS recycling machines for recycling. Among them, EPS compactors are simple to operate and have low professional requirements. They are very suitable for EPS recycling. This EPS compactor can compress EPS to one-fifth of its original volume, which greatly reduces the transportation cost in the recycling process. At the same time, with an EPS compactor, EPS waste can be compressed at any time, which can save a lot of storage space and reduce fire hazards in the dry season.
Intco Recycling not only provides EPS compactors but also recycles compressed EPS to make environmentally friendly mirror frames and picture frames. These frames look like they are made of wood, but in fact, they are made of EPS with a sticker with a wood pattern on the surface. GREENMAX's reuse of EPS helps save many trees and reduces carbon dioxide emissions: One ton of recycled plastic reduces 2 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, saves 3 tons of crude oil, and saves 2 trees from a 30kg box of frame strips. These mirror frames and picture frames can help us to decorate the room more beautifully, and the photo frames can be used to display our photos and help us to keep good memories. These frames were sold to supermarkets such as IKEA, Carrefour, Wal-Mart, etc. EPS appeared in our lives with a new look.
